“Roshan is a very passionate guy and passionate people make good leaders. I remember how much effort he put into developing GE's well-known Financial Management Program (FMP) in the region which brought a lot more focus on the talent in Asia. Additionally, he gave a lot of his time to the FMP trainees and acted as a coach and mentor to them which I am sure helped them a great deal in their respective career advancement.”

“Roshan is a rare breed, gifted with many amazing abilities. Here’s a guy can mentally conceptualize new ways of doing things, then rally an entire organization to give 110% towards implementing the change successfully. He has a genuine passion for developing, coaching and connecting with others, from the FMPs under his care right up to the movers and shakers of the corporate world. His mental and physical energy is unfathomable. Here’s a guy who can walk out of a 20-hour flight and head straight to the football pitch for a full 90-minute competitive game! Difficult to imagine, yes? Well, that’s Roshan…”
